About the role
Here you will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will be an individual contributor carrying a revenue quota, by sourcing and qualifying new opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients.
To be successful in the role you will utilize best in class sales process and pipeline management, leverage internal product specialists to accelerate sales cycles, negotiation and contracting to and onboard new clients for Arbolus.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
Research and analyze APAC market trends, industry developments, and potential client segments to identify new business opportunities
Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipeline along with APAC commercial team leadership
Correspond with clients via discovery calls, outreach etc. to understand their unique needs and potential use cases to create compelling value propositions
Directly engage and build relationships with private equity investment professionals (Associates, VPs, Principals, MDs) and operations personnel (COOs, CFOs) via phone, in-person meetings and emails.
Create proposals and lead negotiations with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Drive business initiatives for account growth such as navigating account renewal, upselling or identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Key performance metrics for this role include core sales activities (i.e. calls/emails, meetings, new client acquisition), opportunity/pipeline management, and newly closed revenue.
Candidates for this position should have demonstrated a track record of overachieving sales quota in a high performance-based environment. Strong interest in and understanding of the diligence process for private equity is vital to this role.
Experience and Qualification
Proficient in engaging clients via emails and phone calls (cold calling)
Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
Curious and good reasoning skills
Driven and self-motivated
Ability to change the status quo
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services. Expert network experience (preferred)
Cross collaboration with different teams/global teams can be added
Strong verbal and email communication skills
Experience working with investors and financial services firms especially with Private Equity professionals
