About the role
As an Account Manager at Arbolus, you’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships and growing our portfolio, working directly with senior leaders to maximize their experience on our platform. By understanding our clients’ unique needs, you’ll ensure they gain maximum value from our expert network while consistently delivering high-quality service. This role is ideal for commercially-minded individuals who excel at building strong professional relationships in dynamic settings.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with clients and senior leaders to understand and address their specific needs.
- Portfolio Expansion: Identify and act on opportunities to increase user engagement and expand the platform’s user base within current and potential client accounts.
- Product Promotion: Advocate for and introduce new Arbolus products and services, ensuring clients stay informed of valuable enhancements.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the bridge between clients and Arbolus product and tech teams, relaying feedback and aligning on client satisfaction goals.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences and high satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead and negotiate contract renewals to secure client loyalty and extend service agreements.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who learns quickly, loves taking on new challenges, has a high level of energy, and is enthusiastic about the unique opportunity to be a member of a fast-growing Client Development team. The person in this role will make a significant contribution to the growth and future success of Arbolus.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B enterprise sales, software sales, or professional services with a strong understanding of Private Equity or Fund management.
- Academic Background: Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or equivalent
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business units.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.

- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial expertise and client-facing skills.
- Personality Traits: Naturally curious, outgoing, driven, and proactive.
- Initiative: Ability to challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
