About the role
Arbolus is looking for an IT Support Intern to join our Barcelona office on a 3-month internship contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across the business, helping troubleshoot issues and ensure our teams can work smoothly. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Technology, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all end-users with a customer-focused spirit.
- Support systems like Apple, Windows, Linux, G Suite, and Slack, amongst others, and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
- Manage access and identity management requests.
- Assist with IT onboarding and training curriculum.
- Keeping an inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, and performing decommissioning.
- Working closely with the facility and security teams to resolve security issues.

You’re excited to learn how to manage corporate devices, troubleshoot systems, and assist users across the business with their technical needs.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- Any prior exposure to technical support or troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Fundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security.
- Good knowledge of Apple systems and software.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize the workload.
- Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
- Very good communication skills and teamwork.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
