About the role

You will be a creator of data visualization dashboards and looking over extracting data insights to identify strategic opportunities. You will also leverage advanced statistics and machine-learning techniques to uncover data patterns and create machine-learning models.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of

• Investigate and analyze business data to uncover actionable insights, applying data science techniques
• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models, ensuring their integration into production systems.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and transformation to support analytics and machine learning efforts.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious individual with great business and technical skills, and the ability to analyze different sources of information, create visualizations, and explain their findings to the stakeholders.

Requirements to succeed in this role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths engineering, or a quantitative field
• 4+ years experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data pipelines
• Experience with Python or R and Machine Learning libraries (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Keras, PyTorch, etc.)
• Familiarity with HuggingFace and other Machine Learning tools
• Experience in creating and maintaining data dashboards using platforms like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Self-driven, agile, and able to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipelines (Fivetran, Airbyte, DBT, etc.) and other software development tools, such as Git
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar)
• Experience applying a wide range of statistical techniques to data sets, and understanding their real-world advantages/drawbacks
