We are looking for a number of Senior Associates to join our team, supporting our clients on interesting projects around the world. In 2021 we expect to grow significantly, seeing our revenues increase by 300%, and we need ambitious people to help us.

The ideal candidate should have excellent commercial and client-facing skills and should have 1-3 years of experience in B2B enterprise / software sales, or client-facing professional services experience (e.g. consulting).

This is a role that involves daily phone-based interaction with senior executives to qualify the best experts for the projects our clients are working on. In addition, you will be interacting closely with our clients and managing their experience throughout the project lifecycle. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders, this is an ideal position for you. If not it is unlikely to be a fit.

Our US office is currently in New York and whilst we have a flexible work culture, proximity to New York is strongly preferred as the team (in normal times!) typically convene in the office several times per week.

Senior Associates run and co-ordinate client projects. 

Senior Associates manage client projects. They take a leadership role, ensuring that a client is matched with the best experts from the Arbolus community. They carry out multiple tasks in the course of a project, from client communication all the way through to expert qualification and project research. 

The role involves:

  • Understanding what your users are trying to achieve
  • Researching their problem
  • Identifying people who can help with their problem
  • Engaging those people and onboarding them onto the platform
  • Supporting the customer and expert to build strong relationships

Over time, the role evolves into a user management and later an account management position as you build up stronger relationships with your clients. It can be challenging, at times demanding but also very rewarding from a learning and financial perspective.
