Arbolus has seen tremendous growth in the past years and, as we look towards our next phase, we are expanding our Knowledge Product Team to reach many thousands more potential customers.  We are looking for a Product Success Manager to help us create & deliver expert knowledge-based content to our clients.   

The ideal candidate is experienced (3-5 years) in managing product teams, is naturally entrepreneurial, a hustler, and has excellent communication skills. This is a highly commercial role focused on driving new products in the market. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive product adoption, this is an ideal position for you.

About the role

The Product Success is responsible for the creation of expert knowledge-based content and leads a small team of Product Success Associates that help meet product goals

Reporting to the head of the content strategy, you will focus on building content products & leading a team of Product Associates that support them.  Working as a unit, your goal is to increase the ways our clients access knowledge and to generate more opportunities for experts to engage through the Arbolus platform. You will partner with Sales & Delivery teams to distribute products to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engage constantly with Arbolus clients and experts to create content and understand user needs
  • Manage a team of product associates, leading their development and ensuring high quality
  • Lead execution on multiple concurrent with fast-paced timelines
  • Partner with Account & Business Development Managers across Sales & Delivery to identify the critical themes driving our clients' knowledge gaps
  • Develop your team’s cross-functional skills in product development, business development, community engagement, and marketing 
  • Lead testing of new approaches and own the user feedback loop.  Report regularly 
  • Improve the value proposition for our experts by identifying more opportunities for them to engage with Arbolus clients
  • Play a key role in Arbolus’ commercial strategy, helping to shape go-to-market activities for some of its largest revenue opportunities. 

Who we are looking for

  • A passion for product development/product success and initiating commercial instincts
  • 4-6 years of experience, preferably at least 3 in a product role and managing a small team. Experience in other commercial functions are a plus
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or Services preferred
  • Fluent in English (English-speaking workplace); any other European languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Undeterred by uncertainty.  A trailblazer
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.  Execute at speed
