About the Role

At Arbolus India, we’re on the lookout for a skilled Human Resource Specialist to manage HR programs in our India office - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. 

The role will involve working, side-by-side, with Arbolus’ leadership and our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company's mission and goals are effectively implemented.

You will be responsible for all levels of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and People Engagement programs. Serve as a partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level.

To be great in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and work on different HR programs and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all People SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required.

Working with India Head and other business leaders / managers to develop and implement Recruitment plan and HR programs

Vendor Management: Responsible for managing vendor coordination, rate negotiations, renewal, support etc.

Campus Relations: Responsible for managing relations with Tier 1 and 2 colleges and run recruitment programs and campus engagement activities as needed.

Own the employee experience charter at Arbolus from onboarding to exit and suggest ideas to streamline or improve HR processes and practices.


Experience & Qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth fast-paced environment; a university degree in HR will be great but not a prerequisite for the right candidate.
  • The ability to act as a consultant and an advisor to understand issues, deep dive, and problem solve
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills; high-quality document preparation, and presentation skills.
  • Agile mindset, curious about new practices and keen to experiment, and the courage to break traditions.
